Orders & Shipping

Orders are processed and shipped within 2 business days Monday - Friday, we do our best to get your package out to you as quickly as possible. We offer three USPS shipping options to choose at your convenience. Please keep in mind, shipping time is an estimation based on the carrier, we are not responsible for packages that move slower than the estimated travel window. Also keep in mind, carrier shipping speed does not include our 1-2 day processing window.

International Orders

International orders are processed and shipped within 2 business days Monday - Friday. We offer DHL shipping for international orders. We do our best to get your package to you as quickly as possible, but we are not liable for shipping delays once they leave our warehouse. Shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer. All international orders are final.

Lost or Damaged Orders

Changes & Cancellations

Orders cannot be changed or cancelled once they have been processed and shipped. If you need to make a correction to your order and it has not yet been processed, please contact us ASAP at hello@summerhoneyswim.com
