We accept returns that are initiated and shipped back within 14 days of receiving your order. Returns initiated within this timeframe are eligible for a full refund. A $5.00 flat fee will be deducted from your total refund amount to cover shipping costs on all returns (effective 1/1/24).

Due to limited inventory we do not offer direct exchanges. If you purchased an item but would like a different size or color, you must first return your item(s) and then repurchase a new one in the size/color/style of your choice. These returns are held to the same standards as stated above.

Orders are processed and shipped within 2 business days Monday - Friday, we do our best to get your package out to you as quickly as possible. We offer three USPS shipping options to choose at your convenience. Please keep in mind, shipping time is an estimation based on the carrier, we are not responsible for packages that move slower than the estimated travel window. Also keep in mind, carrier shipping speed does not include our 1-2 day processing window.

We want you to love your swimmies for a long time! Turn inside out, hand wash cold and hang to dry. Wear with care and avoid rough surfaces to prevent snagging. Limited exposure to sun and chlorine will prolong the vibrancy of your color.
