Return Policy

We have a 14-day return policy for online orders placed within the United States, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. Items must be shipped back within the 14 day window. All returns will be required to pay a $5.00 flat fee for return shipping costs, this will be deducted from your total refund amount. Returns that fail to be shipped back within the 14-day window will only be eligible for store credit [That means your return must show tracking before the end of the 14-day window.] You can request a return by emailing us at:

At this time, all international orders are final sale.

Any items purchased at a discount higher than 20% are final sale and not eligible for a return.

To be eligible for a return your item must be in the same condition that you received it, new, unworn, with sanitary liner and all tags still attached and in its original packaging. Items that have been washed, ripped, snagged or contain any stains including deodorant marks will not be accepted. Summer Honey has the right to refuse any and all returned items that are in unsatisfactory condition. Returned items that do not meet these standards will be denied a refund and shipped back to you at your expense.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.


Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on final sale items or gift cards.

Only online orders are eligible for a return.


Exchange Policy

Due to limited inventory we do not offer direct exchanges. If you purchased an item but would like a different size or color, you must first return your item(s) and then repurchase a new one in the size/color/style of your choice. These returns are held to the same standards as stated above.


Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.



We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. A $5.00 flat fee will be deducted from your total refund amount to cover return shipping costs. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us.

We require returns to be shipped back in the mail within the 14-day window of your receipt. Returns that fail to ship back within this time frame will be eligible for store credit only.

 You will not be refunded for any shipping fees paid at your expense.
